Membership is by invitation. If you are a senior Vietnamese leader operating at a significant level, we want to connect with you.

OVE is for senior leaders of Vietnamese heritage.
Members are typically CXOs, Managing Partners, Senior Vice Presidents, or equivalent leaders at major global companies. Vietnam-based members are founders, executives, and operators leading significant companies, teams, or institutions.
This is not an early-career or general networking group. We look for seniority, track record, influence, character, and alignment with the mission.
The strongest path in is through a nomination from an existing OVE member.

We may introduce a membership contribution model in the future to help cover the cost of running the network, hosting gatherings, and producing meaningful member experiences. If we do, the goal will be sustainability, not profit.
For senior leaders, this may also be something their company can support as part of leadership development and business networking.

OVE is designed for busy senior leaders, so we do not expect constant activity.
But we do expect real commitment. Members should be active, engaged, generous, and willing to support the network where they can, whether through thoughtful introductions, mentorship, hosting dinners, joining roundtables, advising projects, or opening doors for other members.
We continuously look for ways to turn the network into real impact for our members, for Vietnam, and for the wider Vietnamese diaspora.
The more members put into OVE, the more meaningful and valuable it becomes for everyone.
